Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern ai-fights.com and www.ai-fights.com (the "Service"). AI Fights is a product of LIKE A KING INC., a New York corporation ("we", "us", "our"). Office address: One World Trade Center · Suite 8500 · New York, NY 10007 · United States.
1. Acceptance
- Agreeing: by using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
- Arbitration: Section 16 contains an arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver, with a 30-day opt-out.
- Acting for others: if you use the Service for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
- What the Service is: today it is a single coming-soon page announcing AI Fights, with an animated background. There is no product to use yet, no sign-up, no account and nothing for sale. We will update these Terms before the product launches.
2. License to use the app
- The licence: a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to view the Service. The Service is licensed, not sold.
- Not allowed: copying or reselling the Service or its design, removing notices, automated access that loads the servers heavily, and building a competing product from it.
- Open source: the page is built from an AnimatedWebs free template based on ThreeUI by Meng To, used under the MIT License; that notice is kept in the page source.
3. Eligibility
- Age: you must be at least 13 to use the Service.
- Sanctions: the Service is not offered in comprehensively sanctioned countries or to people on US restricted-party lists.
- Accounts: there are no accounts today.
4. Subscriptions, pricing, and billing
- Nothing is sold on the Service today and we take no payments. If paid plans are added, prices, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be published here before anyone is charged.
5. Your content and recordings
- The Service has no forms, accounts or uploads, so you give us no content. Our web server keeps standard technical request logs (such as IP address and browser) to run and protect the site.
- We do not train AI models on anything from visitors.
6. Recording other people
- The Service does not use your camera or microphone and records no audio, video or images of anyone. Do not use it to record or depict people unlawfully.
7. Third-party services
- We use: Coolify on Hetzner servers (hosting) and Google Fonts (the page loads fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads).
- Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Acceptable use
- Forbidden: anything illegal; harassment; scraping or probing the Service's security; malware; impersonation; and spam.
- Enforcement: we may block access in proportion to the problem.
9. Our intellectual property
- Ours: the AI Fights name, page design and text belong to LIKE A KING INC. or its licensors; open-source parts keep their own licences (see section 2).
- Feedback you send us may be used freely.
- DMCA: send copyright notices through the contact form below with the elements the law requires.
10. Disclaimers
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- Nothing on the Service is professional advice, and the announced product, its features and its date may change.
11. Limitation of liability
- TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $100.
- This does not limit liability the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnification
- You cover us for claims caused by your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms or your violation of the law. We cover our own negligence. We tell you about a claim promptly and may control the defence.
13. Termination
- You can stop using the Service at any time; there is no account to delete. We may block access for breach or legal need, and may change or take down the page. Sections 8 to 12 and 15 to 18 survive.
14. App Store terms
AI Fights is not distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. If that changes, the store's required end-user terms will be added here.
15. Governing law
- New York law and the Federal Arbitration Act govern these Terms. Court cases these Terms allow go to the state or federal courts in New York County, New York. Consumers keep any home-state rights their law gives them.
16. Dispute resolution and arbitration
- Informal first: tell us about a dispute through the contact form, and we both try to resolve it informally for 60 days.
- Arbitration: then final, binding, individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, by video or in your county; for consumer claims we pay the filing and arbitrator fees.
- Exceptions: small claims court, and court orders to stop infringement of intellectual property.
- Class waiver: no class actions and no jury trials. If 25 or more similar demands are filed, they are administered in batches.
- Opt-out: within 30 days of first using the Service, through the contact form. Time limit: one year, where the law allows.
17. State-specific notices
- California: under Civil Code §1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or (800) 952-5210.
- New Jersey: nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act.
- Accessibility: we aim for WCAG 2.2 AA; report a barrier through the contact form.
18. Changes and contact
- Notice: we will post material changes here at least 30 days before they take effect, and never retroactively.
- Entire agreement: these Terms are the whole agreement; an unenforceable provision does not affect the rest; not enforcing a provision is not a waiver; we may assign these Terms to a successor with notice. Force majeure applies.
